This Privacy Policy explains how we process the information we collect about you, how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information and procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy. We have included a glossary section to help you understand the meaning of some of the terms used in this privacy policy.

1. The Data We Collect About You
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

2. How We Collect Your Personal Data
We use different methods to collect personal data including through direct interactions when you:

- Identify yourself as media with an interest in games and related topics

We also receive Technical Data from analytics providers such as Google based outside the EU, and Contact, Financial and Transaction Data from providers of technical, payment and delivery services such as PayPal based outside the EU. 5. International Transfers
Some of our external third parties are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA) so their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the EEA. Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by implementing at least one of the following safeguards:
